This is a fully remote contractor position with significant opportunities for growth. **About the Role**: **Key Responsibilities**: - Develop new design products and explore competitive design solutions. - Lead and mentor a team of designers, providing feedback, training, and ensuring quality standards. - Represent the design department in internal meetings and lead by example. - Develop modern website designs with a mobile-first approach. - Design engaging product, category, and landing pages based on creative briefs. - Create innovative templates aligned with brand guidelines. - Produce social media assets (FB Ads, Display Ads, Instagram Assets) that align with brand identity. - Blend visual storytelling and branding with UI/UX best practices. - Maintain website style guides to ensure visual consistency and development efficiency. - Manage multiple projects independently in a fast-paced environment. - Stay updated on trends in print, web, and mobile design. **Qualifications**: - 3 - 5+ years of experience in creative web, social media, and/or display design. - 3 - 5+ years of management experience, including product development. - Strong storytelling, marketing, and responsive design skills. - Proficient in: - Figma - Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) - HTML layout (CSS is a plus but not required) - Solid knowledge of: - Brand Design - Typography - Layout Design - Color Theory - Marketing fundamentals - UI/UX fundamentals - Excellent organization, self-motivation, and ability to meet deadlines. - Strong communication and feedback skills. - UX copywriting skills to blend design and content effectively. - Illustration skills are a bonus. **Additional Details**: - Contract Type: Contractor - Work Location: 100% Remote - Monthly Salary: $2,500 - $3,000 USD Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo
