Job Title: Finance Process Excellence and Training Manager About the Job: This is more than a job. You will play a key role in optimising processes and ensuring that inventory and shipments move efficiently. At Kuehne+Nagel, our contribution counts in more ways than we imagine. Key Responsibilities: - Lead Continuous Improvement: Conduct thorough analysis of existing processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement. - Establish and harmonize standard processes: Work closely with stakeholders to develop and regularly review standard working instructions and process flows; - Finance Training content: Ensure global HR standard and tools are used for site's finance training programs. - Rollout and Train Processes: Implement and train staff on new or changed finance processes - Site specific Finance Training Programs: Create site-specific finance training programs and high-quality training materials. Requirements: - Education: Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering or a related field. - Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in process improvement, project management, training and development in the finance area. - Languages: very strong command in Spanish and English - Skills: Strong leadership and organisational skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
