Job Purpose This dual-role position combines remote property management responsibilities with general office management support. The ideal candidate will oversee day-to-day property-related tasks, assist tenants and vendors, support construction project operations, and help maintain smooth internal processes. The candidate must be proactive, resourceful, and skilled at managing multiple responsibilities with minimal supervision. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Education · Bachelor’s degree required (Project Managment, business, or related field preferred) · Strong written and verbal communication skills — bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred. Training or Expertise · Experience working in construction or real estate industries. · Familiarity with QuickBooks or other financial software · Prior use of CRM or workflow management tools like Trello, ClickUp, or Monday.com. · Buildium is our property management software, so familiarity with this platform is a plus Experience · 2 + years of Experience with U.S. property management practices and tenant regulations. · 2+ years of experience in property management, office administration, or remote executive support. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Property Management: · Serve as the main point of contact for tenants, responding to inquiries and resolving issues. · Coordinate maintenance requests and follow-up with vendors to ensure timely service. · Oversee lease renewals, rent collections, and tenant move-ins/move-outs. · Maintain up-to-date records of leases, payments, maintenance logs, and communications. · Assist with property listings, rental applications, and tenant screening. · Track property expenses and help prepare basic financial summaries. Office Management: · Maintain the company’s digital filing systems, including invoices, contracts, and vendor information. · Schedule and coordinate meetings, follow up on action items, and support administrative tasks for the executive team. · Draft emails, reports, and other communications in English and Spanish. · Support construction project updates, status tracking, and reporting. · Help with sourcing materials, booking travel, or assisting in logistics as needed. QUALIFICATIONS: · 2+ years of experience in property management, office management, or similar remote administrative roles. · Prior experience working with U.S.-based companies is required. · Buildium is our property management software, so familiarity with this platform is a plus. · Strong understanding of property management workflows (e.g., leases, rent collection, vendor coordination). · The ideal candidate should also have a professional phone presence, capable of answering calls with clarity and courtesy. Strong note-taking skills are essential to accurately document conversations and follow up on tenant or vendor requests. · Tech-savvy with experience using tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, property management platform: Buildium, and communication tools (Slack, Zoom). · Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish. · Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management. · Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. · Proactive and solutions-oriented attitude. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS: Schedule: Monday to Friday (U.S. business hours with some flexibility) Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 6 PM EST Compensation: $1,400 - $1,600 USD Monthly -According to Experience The Internet and computer must be covered by the contractor.
