The Digital Sales team is responsible for driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies and tactics. As a Digital Sales Team Lead, you will play a pivotal role in leading, managing, and inspiring the team to support regional sales goals. You will work closely with senior leadership to develop and refine the digital sales strategy, aligning it with market trends, competitor analysis, and organizational objectives. Your key responsibilities will include: - Team Management and Coaching: Assess individual strengths and weaknesses to optimize team structure and maximize productivity. - Strategy Execution and Target Setting: Develop actionable plans and initiatives to meet sales targets and revenue goals. - Sales Team Structure and Account Allocation: Strategically allocate accounts and territories based on team member skills and workload capacity. - Escalation Point and Issue Resolution: Address sales-related issues promptly and effectively. - Team Building and Hiring: Foster a positive team environment and lead hiring efforts. - Performance Management: Monitor and improve team performance, ensuring alignment with company goals. - Cost Optimization and ROI Monitoring: Manage the digital sales budget efficiently, identifying opportunities to reduce costs without compromising sales performance. We are seeking a skilled leader who can drive revenue growth, manage budgets, and optimize sales processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong experience in sales leadership, preferably in a similar industry, and be proficient in CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot. They should also have advanced English language skills and intermediate to advanced Portuguese proficiency.
