Our vision is to improve the way people interact with money. What The Technical Product Manager (TPM) acts as the bridge between internal teams, the market, and our customers. This role involves external and internal responsibilities, interfacing with our engine and product teams. The TPM owns part of the platform roadmap, including gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and collaborating with engine, revenue, product, delivery, and support teams to meet customer and company objectives. You will ensure that your products align with our overall strategy, meet our goals, and reflect the needs and voice of the end-user. You will also make tough decisions, including when to say no. This role is assigned to the Payments Aggregator vertical, focusing on managing compliance, payment specifications, product marketing, and technical documentation. The goal is to expand the platform's use cases to meet market needs and complement other product verticals. While initially focused on Colombia, there are plans to expand to other regions. How Be an owner Manage the roadmap to grow the Minka network. Lead the product lifecycle from definition to distribution and customer support. Develop a deep understanding of new financial infrastructure and represent it internally. Participate in agile development, prioritize features, and ensure timely releases. Continuously learn about the internet, Bitcoin, and money. Be a solver Communicate customer needs and opportunities within the organization and ensure their delivery. Collaborate with engineering, product, revenue teams, and other stakeholders to establish workflows, benchmarks, and detailed requirements. Write it down Facilitate ideation sessions to identify customer needs and create prototypes. Document requirements and facilitate discussions with customers. Create and drive product strategy, prioritization, and planning. Represent the voice of the customer within the company. Required skills 7+ years of experience in software development, product management, or program delivery. Strong experience with financial technology or concepts. Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent preferred. Experience with product discovery methodologies supporting incubation and experimentation. Proactive attitude with the ability to voice opinions when necessary. Understanding of agile principles; certification in Agile is a plus. Positive, motivated attitude with a focus on teamwork. Preferred skills Ability to develop broad market use cases and detailed technical specifications. Knowledge of Bitcoin and related concepts. Interest in the TV show Mr. Robot.
