This is a full-time, onsite position at our Manizales studio, beginning once the studio is established. Associate Engineering Generalist Role Supported by senior engineers, the Associate Generalist Engineer will tackle technical challenges in a dynamic environment with experienced industry leaders and a collaborative team. The ideal candidate has 1+ year of experience with Unreal Engine 4+ using C++, and an eagerness to explore other engines and languages. Responsibilities Create high-performance, robust, maintainable code across platforms. Evaluate and extend existing technology architectures. Collaborate with external development partners. Follow team coding standards and practices. Work independently and report to management. Perform other duties as assigned to meet company objectives. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience. 1+ year of professional or independent game development experience. Preferred Skills Proficiency in C/C++. Familiarity with C, C#, HTML, Java, or HLSL/GLSL. Understanding of multi-threaded programming. Effective communication skills. Experience with current PC development processes. Familiarity with contemporary game engines and platforms. Plus Unreal Engine 5 experience. Mobile or native Android development experience.
