As a senior recruiter, you will oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience while working closely with hiring managers to meet business objectives. You will play a key role in shaping our talent strategy, optimizing recruitment processes, and fostering a strong employer brand. You will also be responsible for sourcing candidates for our clients and expanding our candidate pipeline through custom searches on LinkedIn that match the job requirements. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process , from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding. Collaborate with leadership to define hiring needs, create job descriptions, and develop talent acquisition strategies. Proactively identify and engage top talent through LinkedIn and job boards. Attend meetings with our clients' hiring managers to gather job requirements and build pipelines. Utilize ATS systems and recruitment tools to track, analyze, and improve hiring performance. Ensure a smooth and positive hiring experience for all candidates. Build and nurture relationships with candidates and clients . Minimum requirements: 3-6+ years of experience in technical recruiting, ideally within a startup or recruiting agency background. English proficiency, both written and verbal, at a minimum of C1 level. Professional assertiveness with proven experience managing stalled hiring processes through escalation or other methods. Proven experience sourcing and placing candidates across multiple industries. Strong LinkedIn experience with Boolean search skills to source ideal candidates quickly, along with familiarity with other LinkedIn tools. You must be a self-starter eager to learn, grow, and excel in your role. Excited to work in a startup environment and adaptable to changing priorities in a high-growth setting. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, capable of working independently and collaboratively.
