This includes overseeing building systems, managing contractors and vendors, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, and supporting day-to-day facility needs of the organization. Key Responsibilities: Monitor and maintain all building systems (HVAC, lighting, plumbing, fire safety, etc.). Coordinate and supervise cleaning, security, maintenance, and other facility-related services. Perform regular inspections of facilities to identify and address issues promptly. Respond to maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution of problems. Assist in managing office moves, furniture arrangements, and workspace planning. Liaise with vendors and service providers; oversee facility-related contracts and agreements. Support compliance with occupational health and safety regulations. Track and manage inventory of supplies, furniture, and equipment. Maintain records of maintenance, repairs, and safety inspections. Assist with budgeting and cost tracking for facility operations. Ensure common areas are clean, functional, and professional in appearance. Qualifications and Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory). 2+ years of experience in facilities, maintenance, or operations support. Knowledge of building systems and facility maintenance best practices. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Familiarity with health and safety regulations and practices. Good communication skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams. Proficient with Microsoft Office and facility management software/tools. Preferred Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. Experience with vendor management and contract negotiation. Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
