The role of a Data Analyst involves applying analytical experience to transform data into actionable insights that drive business decisions. As part of the team, you will work with multiple business functions to understand their data needs, building data models, and creating quality data products for systems or reports. You will begin in our Demand to Renew (D2R) program, which is transforming our selling and service capabilities through the implementation of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. Main Responsibilities: - Gather, clean and analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends and patterns. - Develop databases and data systems to ensure data integrity and accuracy. - Collaborate with team members to understand data needs and translate them into applicable data mapping strategies. Key Skills and Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree - 5 years of related experience, in data management, digital or enterprise transformation programs. - Proficiency in SQL, data management technologies, including data analysis and mapping, data migration, and API integration.
