-Requisition Number AMER28159 Employment Type Full-time Location Bogota **Job Summary**: - Responsible for the oversight, leadership, and delivery of the Order-To-Cash (OTC) design and integration for the SAP S/4 HANA and High Radius implementation for the LATAM countries.**Principal Duties and Responsibilities**: - Collaborate with finance sub-workstream across SAP S4 HANA and High Radius OTC - Gather and align business requirements and guarantee the translation of those to SAP S/4 HANA by collaborating with business and IT counterparts to ensure that the solution addresses business needs. - Partner with corporate project team to designhe long-term vision for the OTC process of the S/4 HANA and High Radius OTC tool in Latin America. - Execute reporting and resolution of issues, risks, and dependencies, proactively identifying potential planning gaps, implementing mitigations to risks, and driving actions to close issues - Assess/Manage risks, impacts and potential alternatives and escalate as required to the appropriate level of senior management.- Deep knowledge in the SAP S/4 Hana Sales and Distribution (SD), Cash Apps, Collections and Finance (AR) modules, user experience using Fiori UX and S/4 Implementation Methodologies. - Evaluate and determine appropriate process solutions to meet the business needs. Conduct investigation activity/research and give technical advice to the adoption or integration of new technologies and their business impact for OTC related items. **Expected Areas of Competence**: - Experience with managing business relationships - Knowledge of enterprise systems (ERPs) and their implementation on LATAM countries - Knowledge on Accounts Receivable solutions (High Radius, Quadient, etc.) is a plus - Experience communicating across large teams - Experience with Agile Safe Methodology - Strong leadership and project management skills - Strong communication skills, including communication with employees, clients, upper management, and vendors - Strong results orientation (driving to deadlines, financial targets, project goals, etc.) - Ability to engage at Management level and above - Ability to translate finance/procurement business needs into solution requirements - Strong spoken and written articulation skills for business and IT leadership stakeholders - Demonstrated leader with the ability to identify, resolve and execute initiatives and provide support as required. Project Management Skills - **Education/Experience Requirements**: - Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related areas required. - 3+ years’ experience in finance/sales and distribution/accounts receivable - 3+ years SAP ERP functional experience for LATAM countries preferred - 2+ years medical device industry experience preferred - Advanced English and Spanish proficiency required Portuguese fluency desired - **Travel Requirements**: - 10%
