There are multiple exciting challenges along the way, including Microservices engagement, managing and maintaining a bunch of integrations with external service providers, and participating in research, discussions and decisions on software architecture. They specialize in digital marketing services that integrate technology, data, inventory, and human intelligence to reach and manage the most profitable audiences for their customers. We are working with them on a suite of web-based products whose primary functions are improving and optimizing business processes, reducing time spent on daily duties, managing activities and monitoring results. **You**: Qualifications and experience: - 7+ years of IT experience, including in the area of solution architecture; - Experience participating in large digital transformation projects and leading tech teams; - Ability to define high-level software and system architectures; - Solid knowledge of libraries, modules, components, services and directives; - Deep routing knowledge; - Former or current development experience using Angular (6+); - Proficient in reactive programming and working with observables using RxJS - Proven experience with Design patterns and strategies; - Experience working with the product management organization to align on product and technology roadmaps; - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; - Proven interpersonal skills, plus the ability to lead business and technology discussions directly with the client; - Analytical and conceptual thinking, using both logic and reason for creative and strategic thought processes; - Experience running tech due diligence processes would be a plus; - Experience in working with distributed, international development teams. **Responsibilities**: - Lead the team of tech leads to define the platform architecture; - Hands-on involvement with the platform solution architecture; - Present and review architecture decisions with the committee from the client’s side; - Analyze existing software and technologies to define integration approaches; - Develop PoCs to choose the right solutions for the problem; - Advocate engineering practices for delivery teams; - Collaborate with the product management teams to define product roadmaps; - Participate in meetings with the client’s stakeholders to extract requirements, analyze business problems and align on solutions; - Take part in client and internal workshops to ideate. **Compensations and Benefits**: We offer a rewarding compensation and benefits package, intellectually and creatively stimulating environment, professional flexibility and unique international travel opportunities.
