About This Position We are seeking a dynamic and talented professional to work with us on labor market projects data analysis. As a data analyst, you will contribute to our research agenda and assist the team with administrative tasks for new and ongoing projects. Key Responsibilities - Develop and maintain dialogue with employment authorities, social security officials, and other stakeholders at national and subnational levels. - Contribute to the design, analysis, and execution of operations, including supervision plans, mission management, and technical support. Requirements - Master's degree in economics, statistics, or relevant field. - 5 years of experience in labor markets and social security topics, with 3 years in project management. - Strong quantitative background, programming skills (R, Python, Stata), and proficiency in Spanish and English.
