This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a global transformation initiative in a flexible associate capacity. **Role Overview** We are seeking experienced **Transition & Transformation Consultants** to lead and support the successful migration of processes into global service delivery models. This will include planning, executing, and stabilising transitions in partnership with client teams and key stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities** - Manage the complete lifecycle of process transitions (planning, due diligence, execution, stabilisation) - Work closely with client stakeholders to define scope, timelines, and resourcing - Develop and maintain SOPs, documentation, and knowledge transfer plans - Identify risks, mitigation strategies, and ensure business continuity during handovers - Drive standardisation and continuous improvement opportunities - Support change management and communication planning **Required Skills & Experience** - Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in transitions or transformation programmes - Proven delivery across one or more of the following: - **HR processes** (e.g. payroll, benefits, employee lifecycle) - **Procurement/Supply Chain** (e.g. sourcing, P2P) - **Finance** (Controlling, FP&A;, Tax, Treasury) - Strong project management, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills - Experience working in global delivery or Shared Services/GBS environments - Comfortable working across time zones and cultural contexts - Fluent in **English** (mandatory); **Spanish and/or French** are a strong plus **Location & Travel** - **Bogotá** - Immediate priority - **Porto, Mumbai, Poland** - High demand locations - **Poland-based consultants** must be open to **occasional international travel**: **What We Offer** - Competitive rate of **up to €300-€400 per day** (depending on market and experience) - Flexible, remote-friendly working model - Long-term associate opportunities with repeat project potential - Exposure to high-impact transformation programmes across industries - A collaborative, delivery-focused environment where your expertise drives real change **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
