Travel: Open to frequent international travel JobDescription We are looking for a Demand Generation Leader to drivestrategic high-impact initiatives for brand growth and demandgeneration globally at VTEX. Reporting directly to the Global VP ofMarketing, this role requires a 360º marketing vision, strongleadership, and the ability to operate under high pressure withspeed and agility. The ideal candidate will oversee demandgeneration, digital presence, owned channels, managing thecorporate website, leading external agencies, and ensuringcontinuous optimization of marketing performance in its ownedchannels. This position plays a key role in strengthening brandawareness (especially in the U.S.), optimizing paid media (with astrong focus on LinkedIn Ads), and driving high-impact campaigns. Key Responsibilities Website Management & ConversionOptimization 1. Lead the global corporate website strategy,ensuring continuous improvements in performance, SEO, UX, andconversion. 2. Manage an external agency and a full-stack squadresponsible for maintaining, optimizing, and evolving the CMS. PaidMedia & Demand Generation 1. Lead strategic paid mediacampaigns, with a strong focus on LinkedIn Ads for acquisition andengagement. Negotiate better deals with media platforms for thecompany, globally. 2. Search for new channels, strategies and toolsto optimize results. Brand Strategy & U.S. Awareness 1. Leadcampaigns to increase brand awareness and presence in the U.S.working closely with the US Marketing team and Brand AuthorityLeader. 2. Ensure brand consistency across regions and acrossdifferent campaigns and initiatives, especially in our ownedchannels. 3. Be creative in finding new ways to increase brandawareness and build authority. Cross-Functional Collaboration &Optimization; 1. Work closely with Product Marketing, Sales,Marketing Campaigns, Strategic Alliances, and regional marketingteams to ensure strategic alignment across the globe. 2. Track keyperformance indicators, such as brand awareness, website traffic,conversion rates, and pipeline impact, optimizing strategies basedon data insights. Measures of Success 1. Increase CRO 2. Increasethe MQL of our owned channels to be part of our ICP 3. Leadgeneration from the company´s owned channels, improving the MQL toSQL 4. VTEX brand awareness & authority 5. Organic contentperformance, both in social media and the website 6. Website´sorganic traffic improvement Required Skills & Experience SoftSkills: 1. Proven experience in B2Bmarketing with a strong background in brand strategy, demandgeneration, and digital marketing. 2. Deep knowledge of paid mediastrategies, particularly LinkedIn Ads, and campaign optimization.3. Experience in content marketing and owned channel strategies. 4. Strong SEO, CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization), and websitemanagement expertise. 5. Ability to define and execute globalcampaign distribution strategies. 6. Experience managing mediaaccounts and strategic partnerships. 7. Strong analytical skills,with the ability to measure impact and optimize performance. 8. Full proficiency in English. Spanish is desirable. Note: 6+ yearsof experience leading high performance teams is required. Additional Information This position requires significant travel,as you will need to work closely with global teams, attend keyevents, and engage with markets around the world.
