*** As part of the Underwriting team of the AXA Partners - Credit & Lifestyle Protection business unit, you will be responsible for building the pricing & underwriting process (Product design, T&Cs;, business case, contract, etc.) for both Credit protection and Lifestyle protection products. You will be in charge of Underwriting for AXA Partners entities and AXA entities for Credit and Lifestyle protection products, enabling AXA Partners to compete effectively in its current and future target markets and channels. As such, you will play a key role to reach the group ambitions and support the development and implementation of new partnerships across the Group, contributing actively to define the underwriting guidelines and drive the product approval process. You will be also in charge to gather & leverage global pricing expertise and contribute actively to technical results. With the aim to suggest corrective measures in product / pricing decisions, and to identify key trends in performance across geographic and distribution channels under your scope. Primarily geographical scope is expansion in Latin America markets such as Brazil, Bolivia and others, as well as highly activity markets of Colombia and Mexico. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** Pricing of Group Life, Personal Accident and Credit protection insurance products in Iberia & Latam writing of the answers to tenders and quote requests from prospects and customers. Conception and writing of legal documents linked to the insurance products quoted. Provide the technical answer to RFPs (with the local AXA entities where relevant). Ensure full compliance with local regulation, laws and Group internal guidelines, following up complex contractual, legal and tax issues. Monthly and daily reporting of the underwriting activity (number of quotations, evolution of products and markets, follow-up of legal evolutions ). **Reporting/ Working Relationships**: Underwriters Head of Underwriting Technical Director CLP Global Sales Director Sales Teams (GEO) Actuarial and Portfolio Management Teams External Partners **Your Profile** SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE** **Technical Skills** Qualified or Part-Qualified Actuary, or Advanced degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Finance, or similar. Over 5 years’ experience within the Insurance industry, preferably in Latin America markets, such as Brazil, Bolivia, Mexico, Colombia. Underwriting/Pricing experience in Insurance industry, preferably in Group Life, Personal Accident and Credit Protection Insurance. Knowledge of insurance markets and accounting. **Very good interpersonal skills with clear communication skills** Fluent spoken and written English, Spanish and Portuguese for day to day communication. Presentation and Communication towards Commercial people, hierarchy and Risk Management counterparts. Autonomy and team spirit requested. Meticulous and detail-oriented execution with responsibilities.
