Job Title: Automation Developer Description: The Automation Developer will be responsible for leading the hands-on identification, design, development, testing, delivery, maintenance and support of automation solutions for Aprio. This is a technical role that requires strong software development expertise at both application and platform levels. The developer will collaborate with internal and external business and technology teams to successfully deliver automated solutions. Leveraging a combination of software development expertise, such as .NET in C#, Modern Angular, Python, SQL, Blazor, API Development/Integration, Microservices, etc., the Automation Developer will develop automation solutions using the right technology solution(s) and capabilities. Responsibilities: - Leverage emerging and existing technology capabilities to improve and automate business processes; - Solve complex problems logically and efficiently with keen attention to detail; - Analyze, interpret, and improve business processes while applying agile practices to design and develop impactful automation solutions; - Continuously monitor implemented solutions to ensure optimal performance and opportunities for continuous improvement, debug and resolve any issues that arise; - Execute work leveraging Agile and Scrum methodology; - Collaborate with internal and external business and technology members and stakeholders throughout the automation lifecycle; - Juggle multiple projects to deliver quick wins as well as strategic automation solutions simultaneously; Requirements: - Hyper curious with a continuous learning and growth mindset; - Ability to work individually as well as within a team and build strong and collaborative working internal and external relationships through interpersonal skills; - Willingness to help colleagues and peers through coaching and mentorship by bringing individual expertise to the table; - Ability to facilitate technical and non-technical discussions around architecture and development of automation solutions; - Ability to effectively prioritize multiple tasks, projects and deadlines; - Understanding of Agile methodology, Scrum Framework, and Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC); - In-depth expertise developing and deploying solutions involving several technologies, including .NET, Angular, Python, SQL, Blazor, HTML, Azure Cloud, Visual Studio, Visual Studio Code, Azure Data Studio, MS SQL Server, Docker, Postman, Swagger, Web and Application Development, REST API Development/Integration, Microservice Development/Integration, SDKs, secure authentication protocols, and application and audit logging; Preferred Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or similar; - Prior experience in AI, GenAI, AgenticAI, ML, NLP, OCR, etc.; - Experience and exposure to Automation and BPM tools and capabilities;
