We cater to 8 of the top 10 global banks, working alongside their product and sector teams, supporting them on deal origination, execution, valuation, and transaction advisory-related projects. What you will be doing at Evalueserve Provide support to Buy Side Research team like Private Equity Clients Screen and analyze list of target companies for potential acquisition Build and update financial models, DCF and LBO models for lenders and investors and perform valuation Assist in preparing investment memo (research, analysis, presentation development) Assist in developing marketing teasers / Information Memorandum for deals Quarterly update of precedents transactions list, public comps list Assist in due diligence process including document and financial review Maintain a deal tracker , scan through a data room and track items that have been uploaded / are pending Research on potential funding sources Assist with tracking investor outreach and follow-ups during active fund raises Assist in updating investor portal Assist with responding to lender requests and analyzing data What we’re looking for Education: Master’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Experience: 4+ years of financial/ investment banking/private equity/buy side research experience. Proven experience in financial planning and analysis. Strong proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and quantitative techniques. Knowledgeable in financial planning software and tools, such as SAP/SAC is a plus. Advanced Excel skills and Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills. Effective communication and presentation abilities. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work. Proficiency in databases – CapIQ, Thomson Eikon, Bloomberg, FactSet. Strong understanding of private equity industry and their information needs.
