Role Overview We’re seeking a bold, tech-savvy AI & Automation Specialist to quarterback game-changing projects from start to finish, amplify the entrepreneur’s global influence through thought leadership, and eventually lead a team of up to 10 virtual assistants and AI agents. Key Responsibilities - AI & Automation: Research and deploy AI tools (e.g., Zapier, HubSpot, Python scripts) to streamline operations, from investor outreach to project workflows. - Thought Leadership: Craft compelling LinkedIn posts, blogs, and videos to position the entrepreneur as a leader in real estate, philanthropy, and beyond. - Team Management: Recruit and lead a growing team of virtual assistants and AI agents (up to 10) to scale impact across multiple businesses. - Idea Execution: Independently research and execute visionary ideas (e.g., investor campaigns, marketing strategies) with minimal oversight. - Social Media & Content: Manage social media accounts, edit videos (using Canva, Adobe Premiere), and schedule posts via Hootsuite to drive engagement. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, computer science, or related field. - Fluent in English (written and spoken), verified via video interview. - 2+ years of experience in AI, automation, social media management, or video editing. - Entrepreneurial mindset with a proven history of self-started projects or side ventures. - Tech-savvy, with experience in tools like Zapier, Canva, or Python (preferred). - Strong communication and team-building skills to manage up to 10 assistants/agents. - Age 22-35, with a hungry, visionary attitude and eagerness to learn. - Based in South or Central America (Colombia, Chile, Costa Rica, Panama, or Guatemala preferred).
