About the Role We are seeking a bilingual (C1 English level), proactive and results-driven Sales Representative Manager to lead and oversee our sales representatives. This role is crucial in driving revenue growth, ensuring consistent lead follow-up, and delivering an exceptional client experience from the first contact to closing the deal. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who excels at motivating teams, managing performance metrics, and implementing effective sales processes. Key Responsibilities Team Leadership & Oversight - Lead, train, and mentor the sales representatives to achieve and exceed individual and team targets. - Set clear performance expectations and hold the team accountable for results. - Foster a high-performance culture focused on continuous improvement and client satisfaction. Sales Process Management - Ensure all leads are followed up promptly and consistently, maximizing conversion rates. - Develop and refine sales scripts, SOPs, and follow-up strategies. - Oversee the pipeline to ensure opportunities move efficiently through each stage. Performance Monitoring & Reporting - Track, analyze, and report on KPIs such as conversion rates, sales volume, and revenue per rep. - Identify trends and coach team members based on performance data. - Implement strategies to increase sales efficiency and close rates. Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work closely with Marketing and Operations to ensure alignment between lead generation, sales execution, and service delivery. - Provide feedback on lead quality and market trends to improve targeting and outreach. Qualifications - C1 English level - Proven experience managing sales teams, preferably in a high-growth or service-oriented industry. - Strong understanding of sales metrics and performance management. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. - Experience with CRM systems and sales tracking tools is a plus.
