Job Overview - We are seeking a Senior Team Lead to build and lead our Business Automation hub in Colombia, scaling automation capabilities across the organization and shaping the future of process automation. - This high-impact leadership role will oversee a growing team of automation engineers, RPA developers, and solution architects collaborating with senior stakeholders across business units, IT, and operations to deliver transformative, data-driven automation strategies. Responsibilities - Lead a high-performing business automation team in Colombia, building and scaling the organization's automation capabilities. - Own the automation roadmap for global process transformation initiatives, aligning with strategic business goals. - Serve as the primary point of contact between local teams and global automation leadership. - Partner with cross-functional leaders to identify, prioritize, and deliver high-impact automation opportunities across departments (Operations, Finance, Sales, Customer Support, etc.). - Drive end-to-end project delivery using a structured framework (discovery, design, development, testing, deployment, monitoring). - Guide architectural decisions across platforms such as Salesforce, UI-Path, Power Automate, and Python-based automation tools. - Establish and enforce standards around development, security, documentation, testing, and governance. - Mentor team members and cultivate a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement. - Track and report on KPIs, business value, and ROI of automation initiatives. Qualifications - 7+ years of experience in business process automation, enterprise systems, or software development. - 3+ years in a technical leadership or senior management role overseeing automation or engineering teams. - Proven expertise in platforms such as Salesforce, UI-Path, Power Automate, and scripting languages like Python. - Strong understanding of process design, optimization, and reengineering methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, BPM). - Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects across time zones. - High-level English proficiency – comfortable communicating with executive stakeholders and writing documentation in English. - Strategic thinker with the ability to align technology solutions to business goals.
