As our Workforce Planning area expands, we are seeking motivated individuals with scheduling and planning experience to join us as Workforce Planning Scheduler . In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling front and back-office teams, reporting to Lead Schedulers. Excellent communication and decision-making skills are essential, along with resilience and adaptability in a dynamic environment. Proficiency in WFM software (preferably Nice IEX) is required, and you must manage your workload effectively. What are the main responsibilities of this role? Create robust schedules using operational data. Collaborate with Lead Schedulers and Contact Centre Management to maintain service levels. Implement and maintain workforce management software for accurate scheduling and reporting. Review and optimise schedules across teams. Suggest and Implement solutions to enhance productivity and identify opportunities for improvement Keeps knowledge up to date on key events and changes that affect areas under your responsibility Maintain accurate records and documentation. Contribute to key meetings and the development of the Workforce Planning teams globally. What are we looking? Preferred Skills, Qualifications and Experience Knowledge of contact centre planning methods. Ability using WFM tools and systems, Nice IEX is preferred. Strong scheduling and optimisation skills.
