Our vision is to improve the way people interact with money. Money must flow. What We are seeking a detail-oriented finance associate to assist with day-to-day financial procedures. Responsibilities include managing accounting records, revising and updating financial reports, and preparing data for audits, reviews, and taxation. Ideal candidates will have in-depth knowledge of financial management best practices and experience in similar environments. An outstanding FP&A associate will ensure accurate financial reporting and efficient account management. The FP&A function also transforms company strategy into long-range plans, including annual operating and capital budgets, financial modeling, forecasting performance, and setting KPIs. It advises management on decisions to improve performance, minimize risk, or seize new opportunities. The Associate will work on special projects such as M&A, process optimization, market research, and capital allocation. Be an owner Assist in preparing operating budgets, financial statements, and reports. Process requisitions and other business forms, check account balances, and approve purchases. Administer, review, and process payroll in partnership with the accountant. Advise departments on fiscal procedures. Manage account records, issue invoices, and handle payments. Be a solver Collaborate with internal departments to reconcile discrepancies. Analyze financial data and assist with audits and tax preparations. Update financial spreadsheets and reports. Manage petty cash and office supplies. Review financial policies for compliance. Maintain records and document processes. Administer contracts related to employees, clients, and suppliers. Maintain inventory of company assets. Write it down Analyze KPIs related to sales, expenditures, and profit margins. Monitor KPIs and investigate variances. Develop and improve budgets, projections, and forecasts. Prepare ad-hoc business performance reports. Present monthly and quarterly financial reports. Implement business intelligence tools and dashboards. Develop financial models to support strategic initiatives. Support management with data-driven analysis. Required skills 3-4 years experience in accounting, finance, treasury, or FP&A. Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or similar. Fluent in English and Spanish. Strong understanding of P&L, cash flow, and balance sheets. Excellent analytical skills, detail-oriented, proactive. Advanced Excel skills and knowledge of financial ERPs. Knowledge of accounting standards, tax codes, and fiscal procedures. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
