The role requires a combination of:Being the face of D&S in the Regional Market Development TeamCollaborating with regional and global colleagues in the identification and realization of opportunities to grow the businessPersonally leading the most complex and important sales processes and RFP responsesContributing to the overall growth of Mastercard both in the region as a whole and globallyKey Skills Required:Translate objectives into key hypotheses and structure work for large/complex projects or ill-defined problems; Quickly identify shortcomings and take remedial actionDevelop solid set of recommendations, prioritizing based on ease of implementation and impactWork together with the client services team ensuring the team written materials are succinct, persuasive and tailored to the “level” of the audienceBuild peer relationships with senior/executive level client managementTake responsibility for account or major Mastercard bidsLead sales calls and new client development including proposal contributionIdentify new business opportunities and works with colleagues to realize themIdentify senior client business needs in addition to accurately capturing clients’ articulated requestsLead medium to large initiatives and contributes to the development of Intellectual Capital, point of view, articles, methodologies in Special Interest GroupsAnalyze multiple aspects of clients’ organizational systems and culture and leverage in the sales processIdentify additional stakeholder needs and/or issues that lead to further solution opportunities and engagement expansionLeverage deep knowledge of all the MasterCard Advisors capabilities and how they fit together to offer new innovative solutionsLeads recruiting, training and developing others in course of optimizing teamAll About You:Education Needed:MBA or relevant post graduate degree recommendedExperience Needed:Strong solid experience in a management consulting firm (manager or higher) and/or expert knowledge in relevant industry if graduate degree heldExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent analytical skillsAbility to work on a team or independentlyAbility to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentAdvanced Word, Excel and PowerPoint skillsAttention to detailLanguages: Local language required, Fluent English and Spanish, Portuguese highly desirableCorporate Security ResponsibilityAll activities involving access to Mastercard assets, information, and networks comes with an inherent risk to the organization and, therefore, it is expected that every person working for, or on behalf of, Mastercard is responsible for information security and must:Abide by Mastercard’s security policies and practices;Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of the information being accessed;Report any suspected information security violation or breach, andComplete all periodic mandatory security trainings in accordance with Mastercard’s guidelines. #J-18808-Ljbffr
