Job Description About the position The Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Unit is seeking an Intern, whose main objective will be to support and participate in activities related to financial data management, budgeting, audit preparation, and systems support within a dynamic and collaborative environment. This internship offers an opportunity to collaborate with a global finance team, learn from experienced professionals, and contribute to operational tasks that ensure data accuracy and support efficient planning. The experience will help the student develop practical skills and gain a deeper understanding of financial operations in an international organization. The position will be based in the operations center of the Americas, located in the Campus of Palmira, Colombia. Key Responsibilities Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial data within the ERP and planning system, under guidance from the FP&A team. Support the FP&A Business Partners in tasks related to budget and actual expense reclassifications. Help consolidate departmental budget submission and contribute to the preparation of summary reports for internal review. Collaborate on the preparation and update of financial templates, dashboards and tools used in the internal planning process. Participate in the collection and organization of supporting documents required for internal and external audit processes. Contribute to Maintaining a secure and organized digital archive of financial and audit documentation. Provide general operative support to the FP&A team. Participate in financial process improvement initiatives, by supporting activities including testing and documenting new features in ERP and planning tools. Contribute to basic financial analysis or benchmarking to support internal decision-making processes by the supervisor. Requirements Qualifications and requirements Students in their last semesters and suitable for internships in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish (oral and written) Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite packages, especially Excel. Competences Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Results-oriented Effective communication Ability to work in a collaborative team environment. Proactive Planning and time management Benefits Terms of employment This is a Colombian national search and will be managed through a fixed term contract of six (6) months, subject to a probation period according to the local legislation and is renewable depending on performance and availability of resources.
