Design and deliver psycho-educational training for employees to promote knowledge and self-management skills. Handle emergency situations with professionalism and confidentiality, ensuring employee stability and proper follow-up. Build trust and engagement through visible presence and proactive interaction with employees. Additional Tasks: Collaborate with the Wellbeing lead and colleagues on strategic initiatives. Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and reporting duties. Contribute to developing innovative activities to enhance employee wellbeing. Requirements: Master's degree in mental health, social work, psychology, or related field. Minimum of three years of supervised client-facing clinical experience, including group sessions. Membership or practitioner status with a regulatory association in Medellin/Colombia. Commitment to ongoing professional development and supervision. Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
