Our Family of Companies throughout the world compete in consumer, pharmaceutical and medical devices & diagnostics markets and have the skills and resources to tackle the world's most pressing health issues. - Manage a team of global process owners providing cross-functional focus on end-to-end process governance to drive efficiency and effectiveness and manage process transformation projects - Lead process owners to ensure process improvements are developed to meet internal stakeholders needs, are appropriately prioritized, and are delivered in a prompt and cost-effective manner - Accountable for owning, driving, executing, and transforming the global processes to achieve strategic objectives and partner with key stakeholders within Finance and other supported functions - Enable improvements to process itself as well as the enabling technology with a focus of driving digital innovation and spreading leading practices - Drive insights from Global Process Owner’s root cause analysis outputs and identify process improvements - Lead / support process transformation projects and delivery at a global scale - Lead global organization through large-scale change, elevating end-to-end performance, and developing new, sustainable capabilities. - Shape and deliver process improvement and innovation strategies in partnership with process and technology leaders - Continuously challenge the status quo and identify best practices through performance benchmarking - Develop methodologies to support the development/deployment of global quality standards, policies/processes, and tools - Establish quality standards and ensures policy and procedures are updated when process changes are implemented - Drive a continuous improvement and change management capability within the organization and across cross-functional partners to optimize the effectiveness of delivery - Attract, integrate and retain a highly competent, motivated and diverse team. **Qualifications** Position Requirements**: - A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, finance, information technology, operations, or related field - A minimum of 12 years of experience in process excellence and performance improvement in accounting, finance, information technology or related field - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple projects, and daily planned and unplanned activities, while managing complexity and ambiguity - Demonstrated ability to develop deep insights, uncover unmet needs, drive innovation, inspire, develop, collaborate, and lead within a global team is required - Demonstrated success in cross-functional integration/relationships and partnering skills - Proven experience of team management skills - Excellent communication skills with senior partners **Preferred Requirements/Competencies**: - MBA - 5+ years of people management experience - Johnson & Johnson is an Affirmative Action and Equal Opportunity Employer.
