Team Overview: The main function of a City Key Account Farmer is to develop and maintain a portfolio of key accounts so that they have outstanding performance within the DiDi Food platform. A City Key Account Farmer must seek a win-win collaboration for all parties involved to achieve profitable growth for DiDi and associated restaurants/brands. The City Key Account Farmer must achieve a good understanding of the business, becoming an advisor to the associated restaurants, contributing with a strategic vision to improve their performance and through excellent customer service, achieve the maintenance of successful business relationships with long term. Role Responsibilities: - Be the first and main point of contact with the key accounts in your portfolio, guaranteeing close and constant communication with the restaurants to contribute with a strategic vision, answer their questions and jointly design solid action plans to generate growth and the best experience to the app user. - Analyze data and develop a deep understanding of the dynamics and behaviors of allied restaurants, to design, plan and convince the implementation of commercial strategies, based on data, with a focus on increasing the participation of current restaurants and customer loyalty. - Build and foster a long-term relationship, based on trust, and with a win-win mentality. - Lead weekly reviews and monthly strategy meetings with Top Tier restaurants in your region to develop and maintain trusted strategic relationships with restaurants and achieve organic growth and long-term company goals. Role Qualifications: - 3 or more years of experience in key account management and consultative selling. - University degree in administrative, marketing, international business or related careers. - Possess the ability and flexibility to adapt and learn, working in a fast-paced, ever-changing startup environment with challenging goals. - Interpersonal skills: Proven oral and written communication skills, with the ability to persuade and maintain constructive, assertive, collaborative and cooperative working relationships with internal and external clients, in multifunctional organizations. - Analytical skills, being able to diagnose, understand market trends and carry out an action plan. - Ability to understand DiDi's vision, strategy, structure and KPIs, and translate them into business plans. - Experience working with CRM tools for commercial teams. - Intermediate English.
