Handling of medium and high complexity incidents and requests across various platforms. Support and administration of event orchestrators across multiple platforms. Platform administration and execution of complex operational tasks. Profile : Technician, Technologist, or Professional in Systems, Electronics, Software, or related fields, with experience in the operation, monitoring, and administration of Opcon. Required Skills : Systems and technology platform administration Knowledge of OPCON, CLEARPATH, and SINCO Task automation and preventive/corrective maintenance Application of patches, updates, and system configurations Monitoring and incident resolution Technical documentation and knowledge management Experience in system migration and integration ITIL framework and SLA compliance Analytical thinking, teamwork, and user-oriented approach Qualifications Automation Experience, IT Operations Management, OpCon Certification
