Role Description: The Legal Assistant Team Lead will be responsible for being the main point of contact for other team members for task-related questions, reviewing the quality of work performed by team members, and providing feedback or corrections. Key Responsibilities: Processing and reviewing the letters completed by the team. Assist with daily office flow and task management; redirect team members to other tasks based on volume and priority. Performing any of the duties assigned to other team members as needed to help with coverage, increased volume, or staying familiar with procedures. Staying aware of the productivity and output of team members to provide feedback and ensure expected productivity goals are met. Train existing team members on new procedures and train new hires when onboarding. Required Skills: 1 to 3 years of experience in in leadership roles. Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Administration, Law, Human Resources or a related field. Experience in the workers' compensation industry, preferably as a legal assistant or legal secretary.
