We’re a lean, fast-moving startup working with clients across tech, finance, and professional services. Role Overview We’re hiring a Junior Recruiter to support our growing pipeline. On a daily basis, you’ll be sourcing or interviewing new candidates to build and maintain our talent pipeline. You’ll work directly with the founder and senior recruiters, taking ownership early and growing with us in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities - Source and screen candidates for roles across tech, sales, and operations - Conduct initial candidate interviews in Spanish and English - Manage scheduling, communication, and interview coordination - Support headhunting and outreach via LinkedIn and other platforms - Keep candidate pipelines organized in our ATS - Communicate with internal and external stakeholders Qualifications - 2–3 years of experience in a recruitment agency or RPO environment - Fluent in Spanish and English (Portuguese is a bonus) - Skilled in LinkedIn sourcing, Boolean search, and outreach - Strong communication and organizational skills - Comfortable in a startup or remote-first environment - Self-driven with the ability to manage time and priorities independently Compensation & Perks - $800–$1,000 USD/month base salary - $300–$600 USD/month in commissions based on results - Remote work from anywhere in Latin America (ideally Colombia) - Direct mentorship from senior team and founder - Growth path into senior recruiter or client-facing roles
