Job Title: Flight Operations Coordinator Location: Remote (EST Time Zone) Salary Range: up to 1750 USD Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (EST). On-call availability during nights and weekends is required as needed. Position Overview: The Flight Operations Coordinator will be responsible for managing and supporting the logistics of global charter flight operations. This includes coordinating closely with senior management, pilots, ground crew, and passengers to ensure that every mission runs smoothly. The role requires a high level of responsiveness and professionalism to handle on-demand tasks such as arranging transportation, catering, and managing travel documentation. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate the execution of global charter flights, ensuring timely and efficient operations. - Serve as the main point of contact for pilots, ground crew, senior management, and passengers. - Arrange mission-critical logistics, including limo services, catering, and travel documentation. - Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for recurring tasks and workflows. - Collaborate with the sales team to evaluate and support mission viability. Software Proficiency: - Salesforce: For managing client interactions and mission logistics. - Zoom: For internal and external communication. - Slack: For team coordination. - ChatGPT: For drafting relevant communication and documentation. Qualifications: - Prior experience in flight operations or a related logistics/support role. - Excellent organizational and multitasking skills - Fluent in English (minimal or no accent); professional written and verbal communication skills. - Highly detail-oriented and capable of handling confidential information with discretion. Nice-to-Haves: - Bilingual in Spanish or another prevalent language. - Experience working with high-touch clients or in private aviation environments.
