Job Title: SEO & Social Media Specialist Location: Remote Job Type: Full-Time About the Role: We’re a fast-growing startup looking for a proactive, results-driven SEO & Social Media Specialist who gets things done. In this role, you’ll lead and execute SEO strategies across four brands, while also managing light social media marketing (20%) to support our digital growth. You’ll collaborate with developers, content creators, and leadership, helping us grow our online presence with smart, data-backed marketing. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, develop, and implement comprehensive SEO strategies for 4 brands, including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO - Monitor and improve key SEO metrics such as Domain Rating (DR), Domain Authority (DA), Trust Flow (TF), CTR, traffic, bounce rate, and others using tools like Ahrefs, SimilarWeb, and Majestic - Conduct in-depth keyword research using Ahrefs, SEMrush, and HubSpot - Coordinate link-building efforts and identify partnership opportunities - Collaborate with web developers, designers, and content teams to ensure best practices are implemented - Use Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Screaming Frog, and WordPress to analyze and manage website performance - Work within HubSpot (or similar CRMs like Salesforce or Zoho) to align SEO campaigns with lead generation and sales tracking - Stay up to date with SEO trends and Google algorithm updates - Create and present monthly performance reports - Plan and publish SEO-aligned content across platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram - Monitor engagement, report performance, and optimize content for better reach and interaction - Coordinate with the design and content teams to produce branded graphics and copy - Ensure social media strategies support SEO and brand visibility Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a quantitative field (e.g. Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science) - 3+ years of SEO experience, preferably managing multiple brands or websites - Proficiency with SEO tools: Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics, Google Search Console - CMS experience, especially WordPress. - CRM experience: GHL, or alternatives like Salesforce or Zoho OR Hubspot - Solid understanding of technical SEO, keyword strategy, CRO, and link-building - Basic design knowledge or experience working with creative teams - Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders - Familiarity with social media platforms and engagement strategies Nice to Have: - Experience with paid social or paid search campaigns - Basic HTML/CSS or web dev knowledge - Familiarity with marketing automation What We Value: - People who take initiative and don’t need hand-holding - A startup mindset – flexibility, grit, and hunger to grow - Collaborative team players who thrive in fast-moving environments Seniority level - Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type - Employment type Full-time Job function - Job function Marketing and Sales - Industries Advertising Services Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Reach Digital by 2x Get notified about new Search Engine Optimization Specialist jobs in Colombia.
