Position Overview The Supplier Quality Expert / Auditor plays a critical role in ensuring the quality and compliance of external suppliers throughout their lifecycle, from qualification to performance monitoring. What The Job Looks Like Support the global audit program by planning, preparing, and conducting external supplier audits, including postal and remote audits. Generate audit reports, approve CAPA plans, and manage them within the quality system. Follow up on CAPAs resulting from critical findings. Close audits after CAPA approval. Oversee the Supplier Quality Lifecycle: TQA, complaints, issues, PQR. Establish quality contracts with external suppliers (TQA). Handle material and product complaints within the quality management system. Monitor, report, and escalate supplier performance results to ensure quality oversight. Review PQRs provided by external suppliers. Participate in issue resolution and supplier development initiatives. Serve as a point of contact with local receiving functions. Interface with global and local departments involved in supplier management (Procurement, Supply Planning, Logistics, IMQ, CQA). Contribute to the deployment, maintenance, and improvement of ESQ processes. Participate in quality and other improvement projects aligned with Strategy and Governance plans. What You'll Bring To The Table University degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Engineering, or related field, with practical experience in pharmaceutical production, quality control, or assurance. Minimum 3 years of broad experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Auditing experience with knowledge of international regulations (e.g., PICs, ICH, FDA) and ISO norms. R&D knowledge is a plus. Understanding of Pharmaceutical Quality Systems. Project management skills with a structured approach. Result-oriented, reliable, and discreet. Advanced knowledge of Quality System applications (SAP, Trackwise, MasterControl). Fluent in English; willing to travel (~60%). Strong negotiation and communication skills, calmness in hectic situations, and intercultural teamwork abilities.
