We’re looking for an Operations Manager to join our team and help oversee and optimize the operational functions within the company to help align Talent Acquisition efforts with production demands. The Role Working Hours: Mondays - Fridays, 6AM-3PM Central European Time 1PM-10PM Asia/Manila 11PM-8AM Central Standard Time As our Operations Manager , the primary focus will be on liaising with all departments to effectively forecast, plan, and manage workforce requirements, ensuring the right staffing levels and talent pools are aligned with client demands and business growth. This role is key to ensuring operational efficiency, effective resource allocation, and seamless execution of recruitment processes. Key Responsibilities Drive Operational Excellence: Streamline internal processes to improve service quality, delivery speed, and customer satisfaction. Build Scalable Systems: Design and implement scalable systems and SOPs that support our subscription-based service model as we grow from 100+ to 1000+ active customers. Integrate AI & Automation: Identify and implement AI tools and automation workflows to eliminate inefficiencies and improve productivity across departments. Team Management & Culture: Lead and coach cross-functional remote teams, with a focus on accountability, ownership, and performance. Help us foster a high-performance culture rooted in transparency and continuous improvement. Resource Allocation & Capacity Planning: Ensure the right people are working on the right projects by optimizing team allocation and project workflows across design, development, and PM teams. Quality Assurance Oversight: Work with QA leads to define performance metrics and ensure consistent service quality across different platforms (Webflow, WordPress, Shopify, etc.). Process Documentation: Develop and maintain a fully documented internal knowledge base of processes, SOPs, and best practices. Support Strategic Initiatives: Work directly with the CEO to execute strategic growth plans, improve churn metrics, and shape the future of work through AI + human synergy. Must-Haves: 5+ years of experience in operations, preferably in a tech-enabled service or subscription-based business. Proven success in scaling operations in a high-growth remote company. Strong understanding of AI, automation tools, and their application in creative/tech service workflows. Exceptional organizational and process-building skills. Experience managing distributed teams across multiple time zones. Strong problem-solving and systems-thinking mindset. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Familiarity with design and development workflows (Webflow, WP, Figma, etc.). Bonus Points: Experience hiring and leading globally distributed teams.
