As an MEP Engineer and Modeler, you will be responsible for creating accurate and efficient engineering models for residential and commercial projects. Collaboration with architects, designers, and other engineers is essential to ensure seamless integration of MEP components into the overall design. Responsibilities Create detailed 3D models of MEP systems (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) using relevant software systems. Collaborate with architects, designers, and engineers to ensure effective MEP component integration. Analyze project requirements and develop detailed engineering plans, ensuring compliance with standards and regulations. Provide technical expertise throughout the project lifecycle, from concept to installation. Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely MEP deliverables. Conduct quality checks on MEP models for accuracy and reliability. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. Minimum 5 years of experience in MEP engineering and modeling. Proficiency in Revit MEP and AutoCAD. Strong knowledge of MEP systems and design principles. Effective collaboration skills with architects, designers, and engineers. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Fluent English. Candidate must be based in Latin America.
