Programme Manager | S4 | Transformation | UK - Hybrid Milton Keynes, United Kingdom **WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING** **Join our community.** As a Programme Manager you will have a senior role responsible for the management of large scale multi-disciplinary programmes or complex projects that often cross divisional boundaries, ensuring synergy with corporate strategy and enabling business areas to achieve strategic objectives. This role will establish the full scale and scope of the programme and the impact that delivery will have on shareholder value. It will also determine the need for, and procurement of services, external support, ensuring that all resourcing requirements are met. It will be responsible for presenting findings and recommendations at Director level on innovative and often radical changes that will bring about cultural change, significant business improvement and policy change. It will proactively monitor and control programme progress, costs and benefits realisation using a range of review mechanisms and will keep key stakeholders up to date while highlighting any potential risks and issues. **The difference you’ll make.**: - Supporting the bank in meeting its business, legal, regulatory and stakeholder obligations in respect of Financial Crime Compliance. Including identifying, deterring, detecting and disrupting money laundering, sanctions non-compliance, terrorist financing, bribery, corruption and tax evasion risks that arise by way of its activities - Defining, monitoring, and controlling the project cost presenting relevant information to governance and stakeholders. - Leading the creation and overseeing the effective management of the required programme communication and stakeholder management plan. - Demonstrating excellent knowledge and understanding of the financial services industry and its regulatory environment. - Using project management experience and knowledge to drive the focus on effective and timely delivery of projects across the business areas within the workstreams, with specific challenge and quality assurance of plans, critical path management, status reporting resourcing, and budget and dependency management. **What you’ll bring.**: - Proven track record in Programme Manager/project management role ideally within the financial services sector with strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices, including business case development, project planning, stakeholder mapping and communication plans. - Proven track record on the successful management and mitigation of risks associated to project/programme implementation. **It would also be nice for you to have.**: - Consumer Duty regulatory knowledge - Experience of managing Regulatory projects/programmes - Knowledge of agile and waterfall delivery methodologies - PRINCE 2 practitioner or external PMO certification **What else you need to know.** This role is currently Home based with 1-2 days per week office travel to either our London, Leeds, Milton Keynes, or Glasgow office This is a 6-month fixed term contract position which has the potential to be extended or made permanent **How we’ll reward you.** As well as a salary, we offer a wide range of benefits that you can choose from and tailor to your needs.
