A minimum of 2-3 years of successful sales experience, demonstrating a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Full professional proficiency in English, encompassing both written and verbal communication. Background in B2B sales is essential, preferably with experience engaging startups or clients in the North American market. Prior experience selling within the IT, cybersecurity, or managed services sectors is highly advantageous. Demonstrated ability to effectively manage both inbound leads and proactive outbound sales activities, including calls. Proficiency in utilizing lead generation platforms (e.g., Apollo, Sales Navigator, Seamless, Instantly). Experience working effectively with CRM systems (such as GoHighLevel, Salesforce, ZOHO) to manage pipelines and client interactions. Knowledge of common B2B sales methodologies and pipeline management techniques. Familiarity with identifying key business challenges (pain points) and aligning technology solutions to address them. Actively identify, prospect, and qualify new business leads within the IT and cybersecurity domains. Engage potential clients to understand their operational challenges, strategic goals, and technology requirements. Present and articulate the value of our comprehensive service offerings, including managed IT, cloud solutions, cybersecurity services, automation, and more. Develop and propose tailored solutions designed to resolve specific client pain points and deliver tangible business value. Skillfully negotiate terms and close sales agreements to achieve monthly quotas and quarterly revenue targets. Cultivate and sustain strong, long-term relationships with clients through regular communication via calls, emails, and virtual meetings. Effectively leverage provided sales enablement tools (CRM, lead generation platforms) and marketing materials (case studies, scripts) to maximize efficiency. Collaborate closely with internal technical and delivery teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and continued satisfaction. Microsoft Workspace: Outlook, Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Drive.
