What You'll Do: Lead the production of high-quality digital audiovisual content, including videos, animations, and multimedia materials. Edit and refine video projects with a cinematic vision to ensure engaging storytelling and impactful visuals. Design and create compelling visual elements aligned with the company’s brand and messaging. Collaborate with the team to conceptualize, storyboard, and produce creative content for internal and external audiences. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining a high-quality standard. What We’re Looking For: A creative professional with a degree or background in Digital Arts, Graphic Design, Multimedia Engineering, Film Production, or related fields. 2+ years of proven experience in mass communication or media production (TV, news, or similar). At least one year of experience with Adobe Suite tools, including After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator, and Motion Graphics. At least one year of experience with strong video editing skills, a cinematic approach, and an eye for detail, composition, and storytelling. Ability to perform administrative tasks: control and monitoring of projects and information, understanding of pipeline procedures. Basic knowledge of artificial intelligence tools and their multimedia and video production applications. Experience in designing visual assets for videos, branding, and marketing campaigns. A team-oriented mindset with excellent collaboration and communication skills. Proficient in both Spanish and English languages. A reliable computer meeting the following technical requirements: Operating System: Windows 11, or Mac with high-performance capabilities. RAM: 16 GB DDR4 or higher.
