Accounting Manager Colombia The Accounting Manager Colombia will have to manage, lead and administer the accounting and all its legal, tax and national and international reports of the company. Key Responsibilities: - Financial Reporting: Analysis and reporting of accounting and financial information to head office and internal departments complying with the guidelines defined by the corporation in the territory always ensuring high quality standards. - Tax Compliance: Analyze and present national and district taxes in a rigorous and timely manner. - Budget Planning: Analyze and make balance projections for annual budgets, generating rigorous deliverables and always striving for excellence, financial health of the territory but adjusting to the needs of the areas to grow and evolve. - Communication: Provide with permanent responsibility all channels of communication between SME and governmental control entities (DIAN, Ministry of Finance, Superintendence of Corporations) in an appropriate manner in compliance with the legislation of the territory. About You: - Professional Qualifications: Professional in Accounting with solid knowledge and experience in tax matters, desirable postgraduate degree in finance and/or economics. - Technical Skills: Additional studies or solid knowledge in SAP and advanced Excel. Taxes, international accounting and financial reporting standards IFRS / IFRS, USGAAP, COLGAAP. - Language Skills: Advanced English. Minimum B2. - Work Experience: Direct and extensive experience in positions of similar responsibility and hierarchy in multinational companies with corporate relations of at least 3 years. - Personal Qualities: He is empathetic.
