The function of this role is to ensure our odds are within the market, improving our margins and maximizing profit. - RECRUITER - PAULA GUERRA**Main Responsibilities**: - Observe market movements and react accordingly. - Making decisions on bets placed over the client’s limit. - Monitor incoming bets and tagging. - Risk management. - Monitoring Limits. - Monitor Market Movements and News activity via feeds. - Reporting betting activity to the Customer Risk Analyst Team. - Suggest ideas and actively contribute to improving team efficiency and sportsbook profit. - Proactive approach in spotting non-conform product. - Review algorithms, markets and suggest what can be improved. - Reporting Analysis for Improvements. - Benchmarking checks and report analysis. **Requirements**: - Ability to multitask and work under pressure. - Ability to work on your own. - Able and willing to work under constant dynamic changes. - Ability to receive constructive feedback and improve. - Experience with Industry tools. - Logical thinker for decisions. - Knowledge of many different sports globally, not just one, willing to learn and share knowledge within the team. - Good organization and communication skills. - Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail. - Excellent understanding of the sportsbook product, sports trading, and betting odds. - A strong sense of team spirit and an eagerness to promote knowledge sharing. - Proactive and decision-maker. - Commitment, drive, and ambition. - A sound understanding of Microsoft Office. - Proficient in written and spoken English. - Has a good grasp of mathematical concepts, including understanding statistics and probabilities. - The risk Team covers different shifts, morning, evenings, Monday to Sunday and public holidays. - Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience working in a sportsbook environment. **What we offer** We offer a fun and challenging role in a collaborative and dynamic environment.
