Technical Project Lead We're seeking a skilled Technical Project Lead to oversee end-to-end technical projects, ensuring seamless client experiences through effective collaboration and strong industry knowledge. This role is crucial in driving impactful global implementations by leading client onboarding, offering implementation services, and coordinating service integrations. - Lead client onboarding to ensure seamless integration and functionality of our solutions. - Offer implementation services to new and existing clients in the card payment industry. - Coordinate integration of services including fast feed, tokenisation, 3DS, and embossing vendors. - Manage technical API testing and compatibility assurance across our product suite. - Prepare for go-live readiness, including pilot testing and BIN certification with Visa and MasterCard. - Support UAT and production testing, documenting all outcomes for future reference. - Resolve technical issues during testing, leveraging internal collaboration and support tools (Jira, Slack, Zendesk). Requirements: To succeed in this role, you'll need: - In-depth knowledge of card issuance and payment processing, including ISO 8583, scheme certification, and tokenisation lifecycle management. - Proficiency in tools such as Wrike, Jira, Zendesk, and Slack. - Strong technical problem-solving skills and ability to navigate complex API integration projects. - Excellent stakeholder and cross-functional collaboration abilities, with strong communication skills.
