About the Role We are seeking an Associate Director of Sales to join our growing team and accelerate the deployment of customer solutions based on Area Printing. Responsibilities: - Generate and Capture Business Opportunities: The BD team is ultimately responsible for growing revenue. This role will support the growth team in identifying, pursuing, and shaping future opportunities. - Grow Existing Business: You will partner with the broader sales and product team across business lines to identify opportunities for business growth with current clients. - Communicate Our Value: BD team members represent us to a broad audience: clients, partners, competitors, and the interested public. - Inform Product Development: You will be a liaison between a current or prospective client and the engineering organization. Requirements: - 7+ years of business development and sales experience in hardware businesses. - Demonstrated strong writing and oral communication skills. - Ability to interface with a wide range of US and international customers including travel up to 50%.
