Job Description The candidate should be able to remediate security findings on applications, middleware, databases, and operating systems. The incumbent should have hands-on experience with Linux and Windows Core Operating Systems as well as knowledge of Shell and PowerShell scripting. Essential Functions: Application Server administration experience. Proficiency in at least one of the following: Apache Tomcat, Oracle Weblogic, IBM Websphere. HTTP Server administration experience. Proficiency in at least one of the following: Apache HTTP, Oracle HTTP, Nginx. Hands-on experience with any one of the following databases: Oracle, MS SQL, PostgreSQL. Basic understanding of Data Replication, Clustering, High Availability. Basic understanding of network elements such as Firewall, Load Balancer, Global Traffic Manager, DNS. Experience in automating routine tasks is preferred. Knowledge of Python, WLST scripting, or Ansible is a plus. Experience with Single Sign-On, Certificates, Ciphers, and distribution of JDK or JRE. Experience developing CICD pipelines using Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitHub. Experience working with monitoring tools like Splunk, Prometheus, and Grafana. This is a hybrid position. The expected days in the office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager. Qualifications Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of relevant work experience. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information management, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and 3-5 years of relevant experience. Strong problem-solving skills, especially in troubleshooting complex production environments. Willingness to learn new technologies and software, think creatively, question norms, and innovate. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, customer service, and interpersonal skills. Experience collaborating with small to medium-sized teams in onsite and offshore settings.
