Position Overview:


We're looking for a high-energy, execution-focused Ambassador Program Manager to scale and enhance the performance of a Gen Z-focused ambassador program. You'll coach and motivate student reps, lead onboarding, improve sales performance, and build an energizing sense of community across a growing ambassador network. This is a fast-paced, highly visible role reporting directly to senior leadership. Key Responsibilities:







Conduct regular 1:1 and group training sessions to help ambassadors improve sales performance. Lead onboarding for new ambassadors, ensuring theyre equipped to make early sales. Track individual performance and provide hands-on coaching and follow-up. Re-engage inactive ambassadors with outreach and support systems. Design and execute incentive programs that drive engagement and results. Build a connected, motivated community through events and consistent communication. Collaborate with leadership to scale program performance and impact. Qualifications:
Experience coaching or managing sales representatives, ambassadors, or similar roles. Strong verbal communication skills, confident on video and phone. High initiative with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset. Ability to set expectations and hold team members accountable. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, fully remote startup environment. Energetic and relatable, especially with Gen Z audiences. Nice-to-Haves:
Experience with ambassador, affiliate, or referral programs. Familiarity with consumer tech or the sports betting industry. Background in education, training, or community management. Data analysis experience (e.g., Google Sheets for tracking KPIs). Prior experience working with North American companies or markets. Resume Submission Guidelines:
