New Solutions and Customer Focus Support the development and implementation of new technological solutions in pumping equipment. Engage with customers, distributors, and key projects to identify opportunities and meet their specific needs in pumping equipment. - Develop strategic penetration plans for target markets. - Analyze product performance and recommend adjustments to pricing and commercial strategies. Skills and Experience About 3 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in the pumping, irrigation, or technology equipment industry. Proven track record in commercial management, market development, and customer acquisition. Strong understanding of pumping equipment, hydraulic concepts, and pumping systems. - Familiarity with the pump market in Colombia, Ecuador, and Central America. - Ability to craft effective commercial and market penetration strategies.
