Overview: We’re looking for a highly skilled and creative Senior Designer with strong executional abilities and a deep understanding of design fundamentals. This is a hands-on role for someone who can turn content into visually compelling pieces that meet strategic goals. You'll work under creative direction but are expected to bring your own ideas, take initiative, and contribute creatively without needing step-by-step instructions. Key Responsibilities: Transform written or strategic content into high-impact visuals across digital and print formats. Create designs that are both aesthetically strong and strategically aligned with client objectives. Apply visual hierarchy, layout principles, and excellent typography to every project. Maintain high attention to detail while working quickly and efficiently. Take and implement feedback with a positive and collaborative attitude. Proactively solve visual problems and suggest creative approaches. Work closely with the creative lead and broader team to ensure design consistency. Requirements: 7+ years of professional experience in design. A strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, layout mastery, and visual polish. Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop). Solid grasp of design theory: composition, balance, color, typography, etc. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in fast-paced environments.
