Job Title: Regulatory Compliance Specialist We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regulatory Compliance Specialist to join our team. This role involves ensuring that products are manufactured and distributed in compliance with relevant legislation, and supporting the business to establish and implement regulatory strategies within agreed timescales of product launch. About the Role: - Execute regulatory strategies to enable product launches according to business needs. - Provide advice on regulations to other functions within the company. - Prepare and submit product registration, renewals and notifications ensuring product compliance with local regulations during all life cycles for assigned products/brands/categories. - Evaluate and improve quality management systems to ensure regulatory compliance. - Analyze and implement regulatory solutions to meet product launch timelines. - Maintain accurate records of regulatory submissions/approvals. - Stay updated on regulatory trends and changes, sharing this information with relevant teams and developing strategies to address them. We require a degree in a scientific field (e.g. pharmacy, chemistry, biochemistry) and 4 years of experience in similar positions, including knowledge of chemistry and hygiene registration laws. Responsibilities: - Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory compliance. - Develop and maintain knowledge of local regulations. - Support business units with regulatory processes to maintain up-to-date portfolios.
