You'll be most welcome here! **Role Objective**: - As a researcher you'll work closely with Research Managers, Product Designers and Product Leads to not only answer Design and Product team questions, but also influence product decisions by providing insights about people, technology, and their interaction with our solutions at Rappi. You will ensure that all elements of the user experience are optimized to enhance the understanding, message, and solution we want to deliver in both the digital and physical world journey. - We are looking for people who are passionate about providing creative and adaptable solutions to our user’s problems, keeping up with best practices and emerging research methodology in tech and delivery products. **Main Responsibilities**: - Work along with other researchers, designers, and product managers to facilitate usability tests and other types of research. - Anticipate our customers and business needs, advocate for our users, and ensure that the final design surprises and delights them. - Design and conduct qualitative studies, including field observations and interviews, remote and in-person usability studies for existing and future products - Design and conduct quantitative studies, to evaluate the impact of product changes and capture insights at scale - Benchmark the user experience of products over time and against competitors - Synthesize and communicate research findings to advise business decisions through rich storytelling and any other creative approaches that you invent - Work on multiple projects at the same time, helping the teams achieve actionable insights. - Help the team validate the products and content locally in each of the countries where Rappi is located. - Continually research for new and better ways to create experiences, interactions, and solutions that will attract attention and deliver that satisfaction of achievement with the digital products we design. - Adapt and innovate research methods to meet product needs by delivering high-quality insights in a fast-paced work environment. **Key Requirements**: - We're looking for UX Researchers with a minimum of 6 months of relevant experience; - A track record of conducting innovative, multi-method research studies that improve the quality of existing and new products; - Spanish: Mandatory: Mid to High Level.
