You will serve as a subject matter expert, lead the e-Sourcing function, and develop strategies to maximize value, compliance, and stakeholder satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement the strategic roadmap for e-Sourcing aligned with global procurement strategies.Analyze bidding data and performance metrics to evaluate effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.Partner with global sourcing category owners to define and execute go-to-market and contract strategies using Kenvue tools.Facilitate training and support for e-Sourcing systems, acting as the senior point of escalation for user support.Prepare reports and presentations on e-auction results, savings, and recommendations for senior management.Support eSourcing and contract administration activities.Drive process improvements and support day-to-day operations.Execute content enablement, training, onboarding, and policy updates.Provide key user support, UAT, and system roll-out support.Manage supplier administration as required.Identify best-in-class processes and accelerate digital procurement transformation.Streamline procurement processes through data analysis and process optimization.Serve as a subject matter expert for all related systems, providing coaching and support.Support organizational change towards more efficient, digital procurement practices.QualificationsRequired:3+ years of procurement experience5+ years in procurement process and tools projects3+ years of people managementProven procurement systems experienceHigh proficiency in Excel and familiarity with ERP projectsExperience in process improvement projectsStrong leadership, communication, and collaboration skillsBachelor's Degree (Systems Engineering or similar)Knowledge of end-to-end procurement processesExperience with eSourcing or eContracts tools rolloutAdvanced English proficiencyPreferred:Relevant degree (Systems, Business, Engineering, Science) and CIPS/ISM certificationExperience in FMCG industryExperience working in global matrix organizationsLeadership in organizational transformationS4Hana or SAP skillsWhat's In It For YouPaid holidays, vacation, volunteer time, summer Fridays, and moreLearning & development opportunitiesEmployee resource groupsKenvue is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
