Job Description We are seeking a skilled Product Management professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing products and services that protect our network and reduce fraud. You will work closely with global, regional, and market stakeholders, as well as key customers and external partners to support the Dispute Resolution products across the LAC region. Key Responsibilities - Support product management functions, including research, analysis, documentation, readiness assessments, and successful product launch - Collaborate with Finance, Global, and Division teams on financial planning and analysis, including research and impact analysis for new pricing initiatives - Plan and conduct product trainings for customers and internal stakeholders - Support strategy formulation initiatives, including regional product line strategies and go-to-market plans Requirements - Experience in the electronic payments industry, preferably at an issuing/acquirer bank, processor, vendor, or card brand - Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve issues proactively - Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a team environment - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment - Excellent organizational skills and project management experience - Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or MBA is a plus Information Security Responsibility All activities involving access to Mastercard assets, information, and networks come with an inherent risk to the organization and, therefore, it is expected that every person working for, or on behalf of, Mastercard is responsible for information security and must: - Abide by Mastercard's security policies and practices - Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of the information being accessed - Report any suspected information security violation or breach - Complete all periodic mandatory security trainings in accordance with Mastercard's guidelines
